Sun And Moon Kinetic Sculpture

Sun And Moon Kinetic Sculpture 014 is a hanging mobile made with solid brass- and glass- pieces.

This simple ceiling mobile is composed of one irregular solid brass disc and a glass prism sphere. They are re balanced on an oxidized to dark brown brass rod in organic shape.

The brass disc has a satinated finish on one side and when touched by a direct sunshine it glows in a gorgeous gold color. When a direct ray touches the glass prism it creates multiple small rainbow spots dancing in the room.

I call this brass mobile Sun And Moon.
For the full effect hang the sculpture in a place where it will get direct rays of sunshine some part of the day and enjoy the sight of the sun and the moon dancing in your home.

This kinetic mobile will arrive fully assembled but without a ceiling hook. The proper hook depends on personal preferences and the type of ceiling. Your local hardware store is the best place to get it.
